We're a real working farm!One of our biggest crops is jalapeño chiles, which are a staple in the diet of folks in this area of the Southwest. Jalapeños can be eaten raw, roasted, smoked, or dried. They are delicious and very good for you! This series of photos shows the chiles growing in our fields, and also shows how we harvest them for market.
